Det blir inget nytt inlägg om pacifism idag, men jag tänkte passa att informera om ett symposium som arrangeras av LOTS i slutet av november. Det har titeln "The Spirit and the Church" och presentationstexten lyder:
The giving of the Holy Spirit coincides with the birth of the Church. Yet in Pentecostal-charismatic theology there is seldom an emphasis on ecclesiology, whereas such theology that emphasises the Church may include less on the role af the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit.
The papers and discussions in this symposium will deal with the Spirit and the Church, the Spirit in the Church, and how Church and Spirit relate to one another. The contributing theologians have different church backgrounds, which will invite to interesting discussions. The symposium is open to anyone interested in the important questions of the Spirit and the Church.
